Since 2009, Equal Access LLC consultants’ experts and criminal justice service have assisted: defense attorneys, defendants, inmates, and court systems establishing clients in 68 of the 94 federal district courts throughout the country. Guidelines on applicable sentencing statutes, individualized sentencing reports, and memoranda design – inclusive of specific sentencing proposals are typical services provided to defense attorneys or defendants facing sentencing.

With applicable State or Federal law approval, sentencing proposals frequently include the use of creative public service that draws on the offender’s strengths and background, substance abuse counseling, work-release, home confinement, and community confinement.

Present in Washington, D.C., New York and Los Angeles, Equal Access has developed and implemented sentencing programs and trained thousands of public defenders, probation officers, and other court staff. Additionally, sentencing and parole advocacy, institutional designation, transfer, and release planning are a list of available services.
